I ve stalked it for entire days using the timer and i ve never even seen it stock.
The attic has changed the time it stocks this time may be inaccurate.
It can now go 7 mins after it last went adding about 10 15 seconds every 30mins so the time is based off the last time it restocked.
It appears as if the trading post has become more lenient towards experienced neopets users.
No one ever comes to visit me anymore.
