Recently i noticed a new detergent sold as a limited time special buy aldi find. At 2 39 it s the price to beat. The shelves regularly feature tide gain and a few varieties of aldi s own tandil line of detergents. But the name of the aldi washing detergent is the same.

It seems thinner so i think i use more the smell is ok but seems just a little off and i fill up a cap and. The laundry detergent fabric softener and stain remover appear to work as well as their name brand competitors. And it got my work uniforms completely clean. I can tell no difference between wisk and tandil.

A well known independent consumer organization stiftung warentest tested constantly food and household products. I don t know about that but i m definitely giving tandil thumbs up. So my aldi usually has tide that i buy but one week they didn t so i thought eh what the hell i ll try this off brand. Aldi also sells tandil liquid fabric softener and suavitel liquid fabric softener but we have not tested those products yet.

Aldi sells its tandil laundry detergent in an orange plastic jug with blue and yellow graphics reminiscent of tide. Of course they also test washing detergent. Two ladies in the store said it s tide in a generic s bottle. Tandil from aldi is always rated as good as the famous name brands persil from henkel and ariel from procter gamble.

I really really wanted to like it because the price is great but i just don t like it.
